in 2018, faced with the prospect of graduating college and grand uncertainty about where i wanted to be and what i wanted to do with my life and time, i bought a van to build out so that no matter what i would have a place to call home. i was most excited about the building process, maybe more so than living in the van itself, and spent months working on it as much as i could to turn it into a dreamy little ships cabin on wheels.
